With a sales receipt and within 60 days of purchase if the merchandise is unused, we offer:- An exchange
- A full refund or charge credit
- If the receipt indicates the original purchase was charged to a major credit card or a Gordmans credit card, the refund will be credited to that same card. If the card is not available, the refund will be in the form of a store credit.
- If the receipt indicates the original purchase was paid by check, a cash refund will be issued only if the original purchase was more than 10 days ago. If the original purchase was less than 10 days ago, a refund by check will be sent from our Corporate Office (allow 10 business days).
With a gift receipt and within 60 days of purchase if the merchandise is unused, we offer:- A store credit for the amount coded on the receipt.
Without a sales receipt and if the merchandise is unused (excluding Maternity), we offer:
- A store credit for 15% off the current retail.
- An exchange where 15% will be deducted from the current retail of the item being returned and the item being purchased. Any balance is issued as a store credit and the guest will not receive the purchase receipt.
Note: Maternity can be returned within 30 days of purchase if the merchandise is accompanied by a sales receipt, unused, with the ticket and purple hang tag still attached to the garment.
Gordmans is pleased to offer a layaway payment option for your convenience. This offer is subject to a $25 minimum purchase, a $5 non-refundable processing fee, and a 20% initial down payment. Clearance merchandise may not be put on layaway. Two additional payments are required: one within the first two weeks of the down payment, and the second within six weeks of the initial payment. But don’t wait too long, if the first payment is not made within two weeks, the item may be returned to stock. Payments can be accepted by mail or in person at the store of purchase only. Partial pickups are not permitted.
