Return Policy

What is the Gordmans return policy?

We gladly accept there turn of merchandise within 60 days of purchase. A valid government-issued ID may be required for your return. Details of your return will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity and shared with The Retail Equation(TRE) for purposes of authorizing returns and preventing fraud. To obtain a copy of your return history, contact TRE at 866-585-6465 or visit www. theretailequation.com. We reserve the right to refuse any return or limit the number of returns. RETURNS WITH A RECEIPT
We will issue a return for the full amount of your purchase when you present the original receipt, gift receipt, packing slip or if we are able to locate your purchase by register look-up. If the amount of your return or exchange is greater than $125, you will be required to present a valid government-issued ID. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and credit card returns can only be applied to the card used to make the purchase. For gift receipts and purchases made with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.


RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
If you do not have your original receipt and we are unable to locate your purchase transaction, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price with in the past 30 days. A valid government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges made without a receipt. TRE provides us with return authorizations based upon customer return activity with us. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange based on this return activity.


ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID
We accept the following IDs for returns: U.S., Canadian, Mexican or Japanese Driver’s License; U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, or Mexican Matricula Consular Card, Mexican Voter Registration Card; U.S. Military ID; or Passport.

May I return merchandise that I bought at a store that is now closed?

Yes, you may return merchandise to an open store, even if you made your purchase at a store that is now closed. Your return will be subject to the restrictions stated in Gordmans’ return policy.

How am I able to make Gordmans credit card payments?

Payments may be made at any Gordmans store, by phone or by mail. For phone payments, please call: 800-743-8730

Will my Gordmans credit card be accepted at Peebles, Goody’s, Bealls, Stage or Palais Royal stores?

No, not at this time.

At present, am I able to shop at Gordmans.com?

Gift Cards 

May I use Gordmans gift cards at Peebles, Goody’s, Bealls, Stage or Palais Royal stores or their online shopping site?

Yes. Gordmans gift cards may be redeemed at any Gordmans, Bealls, Goody’s, Palais Royal, Peebles or Stage store and online at stage.com
