How do I return merchandise purchased at Gordmans.com?

We’re glad you asked. You may return purchases to Guest Services in any Gordmans store or send them back according to the directions on the pack of your packing slip. How can I receive mailings and special offers?

You can sign up at any store or signup via the email box in the footer. Once enrolled you will receive special notices and offers. You will also receive e-mail notification of special events and other exclusive offers just by signing up. We will hold your personal information in the strictest of confidence. Gordmans does not sell any information to outside sources.

What is gRewards?

An easy way to save! gRewards is our free loyalty rewards program. Members receive one reward point for every dollar spent in-store and online. Members who are also Gordmans credit cardholders receive two points for every dollar charged in-store and online on their Gordmans Credit Cards. gRewards membership benefits also include exclusive offers and promotions. What are the advantages of having a Gordmans credit card?

There are many! The Gordmans Credit Card features: no annual or membership fees, convenient in-store or online payment options, advance notice of events and promotions, coupons and other special offers. What does the "Theirs vs. Ours" pricing mean on your price tickets?

Gordmans offers savings of 30% to 60% off department and specialty store prices which is reflected in our ticketing by showing "Our” price vs. what you could expect to pay elsewhere: "Their” price.

How often do you receive new merchandise?

Stores typically receive two to three shipments each week of exciting new merchandise. Our online store has new items added daily.

What are Flash Buys?

Deals too good to be true? Yes, we’ll own it! Our buyers search relentlessly around the globe to find incredible, everyday values. Occasionally, they catch wind of deals so outstanding (and even better than our everyday values) that they’re impossible to pass up. Hello, Flash Buys! Why the fancy name? The prices are so extraordinary and quantities are so limited, they’ll be here and gone ‘in a flash.’ So, be on the lookout and shop often. You never know when they’ll pop up in stores.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Gordmans ships only to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO.

Do you have layaway?

Yes, Gordmans is pleased to offer a six-week layaway program for your convenience, in-stores, under the following terms:

  • $50.00 minimum purchase (maternity and clearance not eligible)
  • $5.00 non-refundable layaway processing fee and remaining balance due within six weeks
  • 25% initial down payment

A $10 cancellation fee will be applied if the layaway is returned to stock. After 12 months of inactivity, a 5% monthly fee will be charged against uncollected layaway deposits. Price adjustments are not allowed on layaway items. Payments can be accepted by mail or in person at the store of purchase only. Partial pickups are not permitted.

Gift Boxes

Gordmans.com now offers select items to be gift boxed. Eligible items will have a gift box option on the product page. For only $5 per item, each item will be in a white box with the Gordmans logo and tied with a purple ribbon.
