Return Policy

Gordmans will gladly refund or exchange your purchase, in its original condition, within 60 days of your in-store purchase or online order date. See return and exchange instructions below.

Returning Gordmans.com Purchases

To a store: simply bring the merchandise you wish to return, your sales receipt and packing slip to any store. If the receipt indicates the original purchase was charged to a major credit card or Gordmans Credit Card, the refund will be credited to that same card. If the card is not available, the refund will be in the form of a store credit.

By mail: follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Be sure to package the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories and mail the item as directed. For refunds, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment once your return is accepted, along with a return confirmation email.

Online purchases made at the Site using PayPal® may only be returned by mail.

All clearance sales made at Gordmans.com are final and not returnable.

A return shipping charge of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund or charged to the credit card on file. Please retain the return tracking number for your records.

Exchanging Gordmans.com Purchases

We will gladly exchange your purchase. In the event that a suitable exchange is not found and the original receipt indicates the original purchase was charged to a major credit card or Gordmans Credit Card, the refund will be credited to that same card. If the card is not available, the refund will be in the form of store credit.

Exchanges are processed in two steps:

  1. 1. You will receive a return confirmation email for the item(s) you are exchanging. Return shipping charge of $7.50 will be applied.
  2. 2. We will send a shipping confirmation email for the replacement item(s) when they are on their way. Use the form on the back of your packing slip to tell us what you would like in exchange for the merchandise you are returning by mail. If we are unable to make your requested exchange, we’ll refund your credit card for the amount of the return. If the exchange item is more than what you are returning, we will charge the same card that was used on the original order.

Online purchases made at the Site using PayPal® may only be exchanged by mail.

Returning & Exchanging In-Store Purchases

Gordmans will gladly refund or exchange your purchase, in original condition, with a sales receipt and within 60 days of your purchase.

In-store purchases may not be returned through the mail.

If the receipt indicates the original purchase was charged to a major credit card or a Gordmans Credit Card, the refund will be credited to that same card. If the card is not available, the refund will be in the form of a store credit.

If the receipt indicates the original purchase was paid by check, a cash refund will be issued only if the original purchase was more than 10 days ago. If the original purchase was less than 10 days ago, a refund by check will be sent from our Corporate Office (allow 10 business days).

If the receipt indicates the original purchase was a gift receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount on the receipt.

If the merchandise is in original condition and without a sales receipt (excluding Maternity), we offer a store credit for 15% off the current retail or an exchange where 15% will be deducted from the current retail of the item being returned and the item being purchased. Any balance is issued as a store credit and the guest will not receive the purchase receipt.

Note: Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Gordmans reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon Gordmans refund verification systems.

Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. To use, simply present your store credit to your Gordmans cashier at the time of purchase. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the store credit’s present value. Please safeguard your store credit; it is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
